COMMUNITIES OF PRACTICE
What is a Community of Practice (COP)?
CoPs are voluntary groups organized around knowledge that enable organizations to support innovation and deliver on strategic goals.
Practitioner-led communities are fundamental to open, collaborative, and effective learning. People take ownership of what they help create and work together to address challenges.
CoPs facilitate knowledge management, professional development, and capability improvement.
Learn about the various Communities of Practice across VCCS. This page provides a description of each community to support shared learning and collaboration across the system.
We are launching Communities of Practice (CoPs) and invite you to use this form to express your interest in joining, leading, or proposing one.
