Reynolds Community College:

Graduation ceremonies at Reynolds Community College spotlighted the grit and determination that so many of our students embody. As she received her degree on May 14, Samantha Carter had overcome homelessness and the demands of single parenthood. Her message to fellow-graduates: “It’s never too late to achieve your dreams. Don’t settle for what life serves you, set a goal, and work towards that goal. You can turn things around from a bad situation and rise to the top. It may not be easy, but it can be done.” Reynolds Community College proudly awarded degrees, certificates, and credentials to more than 1,600 students in the Class of 2024, ranging in age from 15 to 70.
