This curriculum prepares students to transfer to a four-year college or university teacher preparation program through the completion of a variety of math and general education courses as well as in-person fieldwork in an educational setting. It is specifically designed for students who plan to seek endorsement and licensure as teachers in grades K-6. Transfer students should work closely with an advisor to ensure successful transfer into the student’s institution of choice.

Designed for students who plan to transfer to a four-year college or university to pursue a bachelor’s degree in one of the social or behavioral sciences, students complete courses in topics such as math, biology, written and oral communication, history, Spanish, ethics, and psychology. Transfer students should work closely with an advisor to ensure successful transfer into the student’s institution of choice.

This degree prepares students for a career in law or business, transferring into many other legal and business degrees. In addition to the study of law, students will complete 20 courses in topics such as economics, natural and social sciences, writing and communication, math, and accounting. Students should work closely with an advisor when choosing courses for transfer to a bachelor’s degree program.

The curriculum is designed for individuals who plan to transfer to a four-year college or university to complete a bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: mathematics, mathematics education, statistics, operations research, applied mathematics, or computer science. Students are advised to work closely with the faculty and counseling staff for program and course scheduling. Electives that are part of the 19 courses required for completion should be chosen carefully to meet requirements of the transfer institution.

Completion of this program should qualify graduates for entry-level positions in information management, information systems, or information technology. While completing the required courses, students focus on math, written and oral communication, information systems and databases, social sciences, and accounting. This program can also transfer into a bachelor’s degree at several institutions; students should work with advisors to ensure the courses and/or the degree are compatible with transfer.
