Marketing Specialization, Management, AAS

This program provides students basic skills and knowledge in marketing with through 22 required courses in subjects such as business, marketing, and accounting. Coursework from a Business Management certificate program could be applied toward this degree. Work with an advisor to determine how to achieve the coursework for the degree through a certificate program.

Medical Office specialization, Administrative Management Technology, AAS

This program is designed for the student who desires to obtain the skills in administrative management for a position in a medical office setting by completing 23 courses across several disciplines such as economics, law, nutrition, business, medical terminology, editing and records management.

Information Technology Specialization, Business Administration, AA/AS

This program prepares the student to transfer to a four-year college or university to major in business. Students will complete coursework in transfer courses, information technology, accounting and economics for a total of 21 required courses. Students should work closely with an advisor when choosing courses for transfer to a bachelor’s degree program.

Management, Business, AAS

This comprehensive degree will help students who wish to advance from an entry-level position into management, seek employment in business management, or who are in management and seeking further promotion. Coursework offers broad theoretical and practical instruction in accounting, marketing, business law, statistics, economics, and human resource management through the completion of 21 courses.

Education, AA/AS

This program prepares students to transfer to a four-year college or university to complete a degree that leads to teacher certification, earning a uniform certificate of general studies within this degree. Students will complete courses that teach the skills needed to pursue further study in education, leading to jobs in teaching at a variety of grade levels. Students should work closely with an advisor to choose the best transfer degree and ensure credits transfer successfully.

Human Resources specialization, Management, AAS

This program is designed for the student who desires an understanding of business, finance, management, and supervision through completion of courses across a variety of disciplines. Upon completion of the program, the student may seek a career as a management trainee, supervisor, and other related occupations. Students earn a business management career certificate while earning their associate degree.

Health Sciences I, Certificate

This career studies certificate is designed for the student who desires to pursue allied health programs at many community colleges of choice, including nursing programs, and who wishes to apply this certificate to a degree When considering transfer to other schools, students should verify transferability of the courses in this program by working with an advisor to develop a plan for transfer.

Health Sciences II, Certificate

This career studies certificate is designed for the student who desires to pursue allied health programs at many community colleges of choice, including nursing programs, and who wishes to apply this certificate to a degree When considering transfer to other schools, students should verify transferability of the courses in this program by working with an advisor to develop a plan for transfer.

Cybersecurity, Certificate

These career studies certificates prepare students for a rewarding career. Students will complete courses in information technology on concepts such as Linux, firewalls, hacking, e-commerce security and cybercrime. The various programs in this topic include Cybersecurity and Networking Foundations, Cybersecurity for Enterprise, Cybersecurity, and Intermediate Cybersecurity.
