When you support the Virginia Foundation for Community College Education (VFCCE), you support access, affordability and student success at EVERY Virginia Community College. Help us continue our mission of providing access to education for all Virginians.
All gifts go directly to the VFCCE, a 501(c)(3) organization. You can designate areas where you want to direct your contributions, or honor someone’s name with your gift.*
Ways to give
Giving online is secure and easy.
Are you more comfortable writing a check? Complete a response card and enclose with your check to VFCCE, 300 Arboretum Place, Suite 200, Richmond, VA 23236.
Donate stock or annuities.
A gift of stock or appreciated securities has two major advantages. It provides the donor with an immediate income tax deduction and eliminates capital gains taxes to the extent allowed by law. Stock can be transferred to the VFCCE, which can receive stock certificates.
Double the impact of your gift! Ask at work if your employer has a matching gifts program, augmenting your gift with donations from your company.
Making a bequest from your future estate can be a generous way to maximize your gift. One simple form of planned gift is designating the VFCCE in a will for a specific amount or a percentage of the estate. Charitable gift annuities, Life insurance policies, or designations from retirement plans are other forms of planned giving.
Sponsor an event.
Sponsors play a significant role in the success of our conferences. Contact us today about how you can become a sponsor.
We can take your gift over the phone, or talk to you about these and other ways you can make a difference in higher education opportunities for Virginia’s citizens.
