Every year, workforce development professionals from Virginia's Community Colleges, workforce investment areas and partner agencies, legislators, economic developers and business leaders gather at The Homestead for the Hire Education Conference to explore, share and discuss trends, best practices and strategies for improving Virginia's workforce system.

This year's conference focused on Extreme Innovation. How could we do more with less? What inventive and creative programs and initiatives are we driving? How do we hurdle the obstacles and burst through closed doors to provide resources and services Virginians needs?
