You have two deadlines:
Hotel Reservations and Conference Registration

This year's meeting will be held at the Omni in downtown Richmond. The VCCS will cover one night's lodging and tax for each participant whose campus is fifty or more miles from the site of the conference. You are responsible for making your own reservations at the hotel. All rooms must be guaranteed with a personal credit card. No-shows are the responsbility of the individual. Please be sure to ask the reservations agent for the VCCS Peer Group room block.

Hotel reservations deadline: Extended to Wednesday, October 7, 2009

Registration for the Psychology group begins at 11:00 a.m., opening with a VCCS-sponsored lunch at noon on Thursday and followed by a full afternoon of sessions. Dinner is on your own. Breakfast on Friday (also sponsored by the VCCS Professional Development Office) is followed by morning sessions, with the meeting concluding just before noon. The agenda will be posted as link to the left of this the form as soon as it is available.
