The VCCS 2007 Faculty and Administrators Leadership Academy will be held September 17-20 at the Virginia Crossings Resort in Glen Allen, Virginia. This year's program will focus on understanding behavioral work styles in the educational environment, the complex role of the organizational leader, building effective work teams, and managing costs effectively. New features this year include a panel of VCCS leaders discussing how to work effectively within the system and the addition of affinity groups for small group, project-related work.
