The Human Resource departments at the System Office and the 23 colleges collaborated in July 2006 to lay the foundation for HR's role in the future. System Office

The System Office Human Resource Services Department manages HR related matters for the System Office and serves as the primary support for our Human Resource counterparts at the 23 community colleges throughout the Commonwealth. We strive to provide excellent customer service and to utilize our knowledge and skills in the Human Resource realm and beyond.

Responsible for: System Office-serve as Benefits Administrator, responsible for generating and overseeing PMIS/BES transactions, reporting employee changes to payroll, maintenance of employee personnel files, and responsible for system-wide PMIS/BES data integrity and data reporting and System Office educational assistance requests.  For our colleges-serve as a benefits consultant, a PMIS/BES data entry consultant and maintenance of presidents’ personnel files.
