Facilities Management Services is responsible for the administration of the Commonwealth's capital outlay process for Virginia's 23 community colleges across 40 campuses. We assist our colleges in the planning, construction, and renovation of their facilities to support the delivery of educational services to the students, faculty, and staff of the Commonwealth.
