The 23 individual colleges that comprise Virginia's Community Colleges develop annual plans and goals, which are aligned with the seven major goals established in "Dateline 2009." At the end of the summer, the 2006-2007 college goals are updated with outcomes for that year. Concurrently, the college plans for the upcoming 2007-2008 year are published.
